• Students particulars and enrolment forms can and will be available to the Community Languages Program of the NSW Department of Education & Training, which are also governed by similar privacy laws.

• For a purpose that us directly related to the reason the information was collected and the use would ne reasonably expected by the individual and there is no reason to believe they would object to the disclosure
